I know Thu through the Real Estate world and contacted her to help me decide to sell and buy bigger or stay in my existing house and remodel. Thu responded immediately, set up an appointment for the next day and came to my house to explore my options with me. She brought information with her on several comparables in my neighborhood, as well as her Ipad to look at what was on the market currently for my potential purchase. Thu gave me a lot of information in an understandable manner and brought to light things I didn't realize myself- such as my back yard I am in love with and would be hard to find at another house in my area. In the end, Thu recommended that I stay and remodel. I commend her for recommending a course of action that she doesn't make a dime on!
